Determining the actual yield of an existing well and the condition of it's delivery system prior to the actual real estate transaction, provides everyone involved with information pertinent to the sale.

If the well's yield does not meet state code or if other problems exist, they can be addressed satisfying everyone's needs, and eliminating hold ups at closing time and/or unexpected, costly surprises after the sale.
