Eastern responded to our call in a very timely manner. Tony returned my call and set up a time for diagnostic observation, his crew showed up and was able to evaluate what needed to be done. Tony was able to install the new pump before the Xmas holiday, and we were very grateful indeed. They were very experienced and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone.
