New homeowners, Maria and Karl realized after moving into their house that the well wasn't performing as well as they had hoped. Reaching out to Eastern since their water was trickling at best.

A well recovery test was scheduled for the next morning to help us determine the best course of action for Maria and Karl. A well recovery test determines the rate that a well replenishes the water used. The test results showed that their well was yielding very low water production. Eastern Water along with Maria and Karl decided that a hydro-fracturing (aqua surging) would be the best solution to get their water flowing as well as it should be.  The hydro-fracture was scheduled for the next day. Hydro-fracturing is a well development method that can increase your water supply by using high pressure water to open fractures in rock around the well to increase water flow.

Maria and Karl have water flow that is triple the state requirement for the depth of their well and have not had any low flow issues since.  

Joy and Rocco recently moved from a home with well water to a home with city water.  At their old home, their three year old son's favorite drink was water...he drank it non-stop!  At the new home, he refused to drink the water because of the taste.  Concerned that the cost of buying bottled water would add up quickly, Rocco decided to give Eastern Water Solutions a call for a more permanent solution.

After speaking to Alicia at Eastern Water, it was decided that a carbon filter would be the best option to remove the chlorine taste and other impurities that may be in the city water.  An appointment was scheduled for the following week to have the filter installed.

Joy and Rocco were thrilled with the results.  Their son said the water tasted just like it did at their old home with well water!

A few months back Eastern Water receives a call from a long-ago customer who had lost touch with our services, who was now complaining of an awful smell coming from his water with the hope that we could come out and fix the issue.

After getting one of our trained technicians on the scene it was determined that he had been less than diligent in changing out his filters over the last few years and the system was in need of some well-deserved attention. Though it might not have smelled like it, it was determined to be an easy fix, the technician changed out his filters and did chlorination of the pipes leading into the house since it had been letting in some contaminates through the system. Not long after Eastern Water came back out to do a retest of the water to make sure everything was cleared good as new, and he thanked us for our diligence and promised not to go so long between annual services again!
