We called two companies after 7 pm last Monday when we had just a trickle of water coming into our home.  Easter Water called us within half an hour!  My husband spoke with the technician for about 10-15 minutes as he tried to understand what our problem was. The technician stated that we would be at our home the next morning.

The following morning we received two phone calls - one from the technican informing me that he would be there within 30 minutes and one from your office telling us that a represenative would be there shortly.

Two technicians came. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. Never once did I get the impression they were trying to sell us something that was unnecessary.  I asked the technician if he would speak to my husband via phone to discuss the situation and he did this - twice!  Both men were extremely professional and conscientious.

Yesterday, I opened our mailbox and there was a card thanking us for the business.  My husband and I agree that your company definitely understands what customer service is all about.
