My well had poor yield (two wash loads would kill the well). Eastern researched the original well drilling and yield and determined that hydro fracturing (aqua-surging) was worth a try. I was also quoted the cost to deepen it if desired. We went with the fracturing, and the well is yielding close to what it did almost 40 years ago (given the number of surrounding houses built during those years) and is now providing plenty of water.

It's nice to find a company that still operates the old fashioned way with respect to customer service. No answering machine, no "press 1's", but actually human contact with people who take pride in what they are doing. The service techs were very professional, polite and a joy to allow into our home. They came out and fixed the problem, which was rather extensive, and did so without having to go to supply houses to get parts. The service vehicles were stocked like stores on wheels. We commend and that this company and will certainly share this experience with family and friends.

Just wanted to tell you that you have a phenomenal group of guys working for you. They were so helpful, quick and friendly. Didn't even mind having an audience - my kids were entertained! My husband said Andy and his crew were extremely helpful and great to work with. Thank you so much!!!

As typical for this company, their technician was professional, polite and punctual.  He performed the necessary service well and returned the water softener to good working order.  We have used Eastern Water for a number of years without complaint. They have always been professional and performed all services exceptionally well.  We have never had a reason to complain.

Our family had been having stomach problems for a few months and our family doctor told us to have our well water tested.  Eastern Water came to test our water and discovered we had a high level of coliform bacteria in our water. They came right out and chlorinated our well, explained every step of the process very thoroughly and what to do afterward. A follow-up test showed that we were bacteria-free.
