Just wanted to send a brief feedback email about the great service I received this week. My well system failed after a storm and I called your company and spoke to a technician. He was nice, polite, professional, returned my call promptly, called back when he said he would and showed up when promised. He fixed the problem and restored my water! I called Eastern Water Solutions because I was having a problem with my well water supply. I was expecting to have to wait at least a day or two until they could come and check into it, but George and Andy came within an hour of my call. They diagnosed the problem and made the needed repair. It was actually an enjoyable service call! Thank you to everyone at EWS!

Shane (the owner) not only gave me the lowest estimate, but he was totally helpful with tips and tricks if I decided to do it myself. I tried to do it myself, but got in over my head. I called Shane and he was genuinely sorry to hear what happened. He sent a truck out right away. The guys that came were professional and knew their stuff. They didn't waste any time and had us up and running with water the very next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and even though it did cost a good chunk of change, it was nearly a thousand dollars cheaper than the other guys I was going to go with.
