Service went pretty well. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was immediately answered by a receptionist. She dispatched someone who was nearby, and he called within 15 minutes. We ran through some diagnostics over the phone, and he decided he needed to visit. 

The service person was was professional and competent. He arrived at the house, checked the water system electrical system to ensure the water tank had no issues. He then went out to the well and pulled the pump from the well. 

Once he had the pump out, he diagnosed that it was completely shorted and that we would need a new pump. He quoted me $800 for the replacement pump, of which he had a few on his truck. 

He installed the new pump, added chemicals to the well to kill any pathogens, and we started to bleed the iron rich water. All in all, he was there for 90 minutes.  I would hire this company again.
