It's nice to find a company that still operates the old fashioned way with respect to customer service. No answering machine, no "press 1's", but actually human contact with people who take pride in what they are doing. The service techs were very professional, polite and a joy to allow into our home. They came out and fixed the problem, which was rather extensive, and did so without having to go to supply houses to get parts. The service vehicles were stocked like stores on wheels. We commend and that this company and will certainly share this experience with family and friends.

We cannot rave enough about Eastern Water. On more than one occasion we've needed them (spanning a few years apart). As most homeowners, you are calling them and you are desperate because you probably have no water or can't use the water because of faulty equipment. It's such a vulnerable position to be in because you need the use of water, especially when you have children. You're thinking of the worst scenario financially and mechanically. I was so pleased with the service that we received from Eastern Water. The team responded to our problem right away, kept us informed of what was going on at all times and did a fast and effective job of repairing our system. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We will certainly call again if ever we have a problem.

I am very happy with the service that they provide. They had to replace something and the technician explained the price to me, but I don't care about the price, I just wanted it done. He did it correctly and that's all that matters. I would definitely recommend Eastern to any of my friends.

Service went pretty well. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was immediately answered by a receptionist. She dispatched someone who was nearby, and he called within 15 minutes. We ran through some diagnostics over the phone, and he decided he needed to visit. The service person was was professional and competent. He arrived at the house, checked the water system electrical system to ensure the water tank had no issues. He then went out to the well and pulled the pump from the well. Once he had the pump out, he diagnosed that it was completely shorted and that we would need a new pump. He quoted me $800 for the replacement pump, of which he had a few on his truck. He installed the new pump, added chemicals to the well to kill any pathogens, and we started to bleed the iron rich water. All in all, he was there for 90 minutes.  I would hire this company again.

We are very impressed with your company!!! We called two companies after 7 pm last Monday when we had just a trickle of water coming into our home.  Easter Water called us within half an hour!  My husband spoke with the technician for about 10-15 minutes as he tried to understand what our problem was. The technician stated that we would be at our home the next morning. The following morning we received two phone calls - one from the technican informing me that he would be there within 30 minutes and one from your office telling us that a represenative would be there shortly. Two technicians came. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing. Never once did I get the impression they were trying to sell us something that was unnecessary.  I asked the technician if he would speak to my husband via phone to discuss the situation and he did this - twice!  Both men were extremely professional and conscientious. Yesterday, I opened our mailbox and there was a card thanking us for the business.  My husband and I agree that your company definitely understands what customer service is all about. Please accept our appreciation for prompt and professional service!     P.S.  We are still waiting for a phone call from the other company.  Thought you would enjoy hearing that!
